We totally get how important it is for you to get your orders ASAP, so we're on it. Our goal is to process your orders within 1-3 business days from when we receive them. Keep in mind that during the holidays, there might be a tiny delay, but we'll always let you know about any exceptions on our main page or at the top of our site.

Once your order is on its way, we'll ship it via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, and you'll get an estimated arrival date from the carrier once we send you a shipment notification. This is particularly important for natural soap bars, as they do not contain synthetic preservatives. You can enjoy your handmade soap bar for an extended time with proper care.
